External processing & subprocessors

To deliver our services, your data may be sent to external providers for processing (e.g., cloud hosting, speech-to-text/LLM providers, storage, analytics, email, payments). We use data processing agreements (DPAs) and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or recognized transfer mechanisms to protect personal data transferred outside Switzerland/EEA/UK.

We maintain a current list of key subprocessors here: /gdpr.
